One-on-one sessions are a great way to individualize your fitness and make the most of your time with the trainer. Your time does not have to be shared with other clients and the trainer’s attention is undivided for the entire hour.
Each session is 60 minutes long.
Individual session: $85 + gst
1x / wk – $65 + gst
2x / wk – $60 + gst
3x / wk – $55 + gst
Packages are available in one month blocks.
Package rates are based on number of sessions per week.
Each package includes free ongoing meal planning assistance.
